The CG122-SOLAR is an outdoor VicoHome IP Camera designed for video surveillance without requiring a permanent power supply near the installation point. It operates with a 5000mAh lithium battery and includes a 3W solar panel. This system uses available solar energy to recharge the battery during operation.

The camera provides 3MP (2304 × 1296) resolution and features a 1/3" CMOS image sensor. Its fixed 2.97mm lens provides coverage suitable for monitoring outdoor areas. Remote access and management are available through the VicoHome app using the camera's WiFi connection.

3MP image and 7m night vision

The CG122-SOLAR provides detailed 3MP images for everyday outdoor surveillance. At night, infrared illumination provides 7m night vision. The camera also includes a white LED that can be activated during detection, adding illumination when an event occurs.

The camera supports H.264 and H.265 video compression. These technologies provide efficient management of the video generated by the camera for transmission and storage.

CG122-SOLAR with PIR detection

The CG122-SOLAR features an integrated PIR sensor for detection. This technology uses changes in infrared radiation to identify activity within the monitored area. The camera can therefore react to events detected by the PIR sensor.

The VicoHome platform also provides intelligent detection functions for people, vehicles, animals, areas of interest and packages. These intelligent features are associated with Cloud services and require a subscription. They are separate from the PIR detection integrated into the camera itself.

5000mAh battery and 3W solar panel

A key feature of this solar IP Camera is its power system. The integrated lithium battery has a capacity of 5000mAh. Its stated autonomy can reach up to 6 months, depending on operating conditions and frequency of use.

The included 3W solar panel can recharge the battery using the available sunlight at the installation location. This combination reduces the need to remove the camera frequently for manual charging. It also makes installation easier in outdoor locations where a nearby electrical outlet is not available.

Two-way audio, WiFi and IP65 protection

The CG122-SOLAR features a built-in microphone and speaker for two-way audio. Users can listen to the monitored area and communicate remotely through the camera using the VicoHome app.

Local recordings can be stored on an SD card. The WiFi connection provides remote access through the VicoHome platform and allows the main camera functions to be managed from a compatible mobile device.

The IP65 protection makes the CG122-SOLAR suitable for outdoor use. Its magnetic mount facilitates installation and adjustment of the camera direction.
