Ajax CurtainCam Outdoor HighMount PhOD - Wireless Curtain Motion Detector with Camera

The Ajax CurtainCam Outdoor HighMount delivers premium protection zones across vulnerable building layouts. This wireless curtain detector is custom-engineered for elevated mounting heights between two and four meters. The hardware block easily monitors structural facades, security fences, gates, or commercial property edges. Utilizing the built-in 87-degree swivel mount frame, installers can precisely adjust the scanning path to match real intrusion angles.

This detector utilizes a Pre-alarm operational logic. The K-band microwave sensor tracks approach within the wide zone and activates the camera in the background. If the intruder advances into the narrow zone monitored by the twin PIR sensors (ultra-narrow 7° angle), the alarm triggers. The photo is captured instantly. Important notice: This HighMount model specifically does not support Pet Immunity due to its installation height and angle. Here, Wings technology is fully utilized to transmit the captured images. The first photo is delivered in less than 9 seconds.

The robust IP55 enclosure comes equipped with a custom protective hood shielding anti-masking lines from rain. The security system transmits instant notifications if the lens view faces optical masking blocks. Furthermore, an onboard magnetometer tracks the surrounding magnetic fields to flag mounting displacement or sabotage actions. The device operates wirelessly on internal batteries for up to three years. It also allows direct wiring lines to 12–24V external power units.
