The DS-2CD1143G2-LIU(2.8mm) is a Hikvision IP Dome camera from the VALUE range. It is designed for professional IP video surveillance systems. Its 1/3" CMOS sensor captures images with a maximum resolution of 4MP (2560 × 1440).

The camera features a fixed 2.8mm lens with an F1.6 aperture. This configuration provides wide coverage of the monitored area. The device also includes Smart Hybrid Light technology, a built-in microphone and intelligent detection functions.

The 4MP resolution provides detailed images for different security applications. The fixed 2.8mm lens offers a horizontal field of view of 98°. The vertical field of view is 54°, while the diagonal field reaches 114°.

The F1.6 aperture contributes to improved light capture. Minimum colour illumination is 0.005 Lux. For scenes with significant differences between bright and dark areas, the camera features 120 dB WDR.

Image processing functions such as BLC, HLC and 3D DNR are also available. These technologies help adapt the image to different conditions at the installation site.

The DS-2CD1143G2-LIU(2.8mm) incorporates Smart Hybrid Light technology. This system combines infrared illumination and white light to adapt to different night surveillance conditions.

The illumination range can reach up to 30 metres. IR illumination maintains surveillance in dark environments. White light can also provide colour images when used under suitable conditions.

The camera supports H.265+, H.265, H.264+ and H.264 video compression formats. These technologies allow video transmission and storage to be adapted to the available infrastructure.

Microphone and human and vehicle detection

The built-in microphone captures audio directly at the installation site. This allows the system to add audio information to the video without requiring a separate external microphone.

Motion Detection 2.0 provides human and vehicle classification. This function makes motion detection more specific for compatible video surveillance applications.

Network connectivity is provided through an RJ45 Ethernet 10/100 Mbps interface. The camera also supports different network protocols for integration into an IP system.

PoE and IP67 protection for professional installations

The camera can be powered via 12 VDC or IEEE 802.3af PoE. With PoE, power and data can use the same Ethernet cable. This option can simplify the infrastructure required for installation.

The IP67 rating provides protection against dust and water. The camera can therefore be used in different indoor and outdoor environments. Its Dome format allows compact installation on walls or ceilings.
