The NVR-104S3-P4 is a Uniarch network video recorder designed for professional IP video surveillance systems. It can manage up to 4 IP cameras from a single device. It also integrates 4 independent PoE ports for direct connection of compatible cameras.

The recorder supports recording resolutions up to 6MP. It uses Ultra 265, H.265 and H.264 video compression to manage video streams efficiently. Incoming bandwidth reaches 64 Mbps, while outgoing bandwidth supports up to 48 Mbps.

4-channel IP recording up to 6MP

This Uniarch NVR centralises the recording of up to 4 IP channels. Available resolutions include 6MP, 5MP, 4MP, 3MP, 1080P, 960P, 720P, D1, 2CIF and CIF. This allows the system to adapt to the specifications of the installed cameras.

Ultra 265 technology works alongside H.265 and H.264 compression. The recorder provides different decoding capacities according to the selected resolution. It supports up to 2 channels at 6MP@30fps or 4 channels at 5MP@25fps. Other combinations of resolution and channel count are also available.

The recorder provides UMD and SIP functions through compatible IP cameras. These include intrusion detection, cross line detection, enter area and leave area functions. VCA search also enables behaviour-based searches within recorded video.

NVR-104S3-P4 with 4 built-in PoE ports

The NVR-104S3-P4 features 4 RJ45 PoE interfaces operating at 10/100 Mbps. The ports support IEEE 802.3af and IEEE 802.3at standards. Each port provides up to 30W, with a maximum total PoE power of 50W.

Compatible PoE IP cameras can be connected directly to the recorder. A single Ethernet cable carries network data and electrical power. This configuration simplifies the infrastructure required for a four-camera surveillance installation.

The main network interface is RJ45 Ethernet 10/100 Mbps. The recorder also supports ONVIF Profile S, G and T. This enables integration with third-party devices that comply with the supported ONVIF profiles.

SATA storage and local playback

For video storage, the NVR provides 1 SATA interface. It supports one hard drive with a maximum capacity of 6TB. Required storage capacity depends on resolution, bitrate, recording duration and the selected configuration.

Local synchronous playback supports up to 4 channels. The recorder also includes 2 USB 2.0 ports located on the rear panel. These interfaces can be used for operations supported by the NVR.

The NVR supports up to 128 remote users. Network protocols include TCP/IP, P2P, UPnP, DHCP, HTTP, HTTPS, DNS, DDNS, SMTP, RTSP and IPv4.

HDMI, VGA and video surveillance management

The HDMI and VGA outputs allow the NVR to connect directly to a monitor. Both outputs can operate simultaneously and support resolutions up to 1920 × 1080. The recorder also includes a 3.5mm audio output.

Power is supplied through DC 48V / 1.35A. Power consumption without a hard drive is equal to or below 9W. The unit measures 190 × 195 × 42 mm and weighs no more than 1kg without an HDD.

With 4 IP channels, 4 PoE ports, recording up to 6MP and Ultra 265, this NVR combines essential functions in a compact unit. It also provides 64 Mbps incoming bandwidth, UMD, VCA search, HDMI, VGA and ONVIF. Support for 1 SATA HDD up to 6TB completes the solution for four-camera IP surveillance systems.
