CG6 - VicoHome WiFi 3MP 3.3mm IP Camera

The CG6 is a wireless, battery-powered VicoHome IP Camera designed for indoor or outdoor use. It provides 3MP (2304 × 1296) resolution and 2.4 GHz WiFi connectivity. This configuration allows the camera to be installed in locations where a permanent electrical power supply would be impractical.

The camera uses a 1/2.9" Starlight CMOS image sensor and a fixed 3.3mm F2.0 lens. Its viewing angle reaches 110° diagonally and 95° horizontally. The specified minimum illumination is 0.01 Lux. Remote access is available through the VicoHome app from a compatible mobile device.

3MP image and 7m night vision

The CG6 provides 3MP resolution for detailed monitoring of the surveillance area. In low-light conditions, infrared illumination provides up to 7m night vision. This allows video surveillance to continue at night or in environments with limited ambient light.

A smart white LED complements the infrared illumination. This system supports colour night vision under compatible conditions. When detection occurs, the LED can also operate as a flashing deterrent or as a fixed courtesy light. Video compression is provided through H.264 and H.265 formats.

CG6 with physical PIR and intelligent detection

The CG6 features an integrated physical PIR sensor. When activity is detected by this sensor, the camera video can be activated. The physical PIR operates directly on the device and is separate from the intelligent functions provided through the platform's Cloud services.

With a subscription, VicoHome provides intelligent detection for people, pets, packages and areas of interest. Different plans are available according to storage and duration. These Cloud-based AI detection functions are therefore additional to the PIR detection built into the camera.

5200mAh battery and USB-C power

The camera uses a rechargeable and replaceable 5200mAh battery. The Li-ion battery system consists of two 2600mAh 18650 cells. Estimated battery life can reach up to 6 months under the specified test conditions, based on approximately 10 seconds of video per day. Actual battery life varies according to usage frequency and operating conditions.

Charging is carried out through the camera's USB-C connector. The specified power input is DC5V/1.5A and the charger is not included. The indicated charging time is approximately 10 hours. An NV-MICROUSB-C adapter is also available for compatibility with MicroUSB solar panels.

Two-way audio, MicroSD 128GB and IP65

The CG6 provides two-way audio through its built-in microphone and speaker. An integrated siren adds an audible deterrence function. These features combine video monitoring, remote audio communication and audible warning in a single device.

For local storage, the camera supports a MicroSD 128GB card, which is not included. The free Cloud service provides motion detection notifications with associated Cloud recording. Free recordings are overwritten when they reach 3 days or 0.5GB.

The IP65 protection allows the CG6 to be installed indoors or outdoors. Its specified operating temperature ranges from -10°C to +45°C. With 3MP resolution, a 3.3mm lens, 7m night vision, physical PIR, 5200mAh battery, MicroSD 128GB storage and two-way audio, the CG6 provides a flexible VicoHome solution for video surveillance without a permanent electrical power supply.
