The NVRKIT108-2XTURRET-W is a professional Ajax CCTV video surveillance kit combining an 8-channel network video recorder with two 5MP IP turret cameras. The kit includes one AJ-NVR108-W NVR and two AJ-TURRETCAM-5-W cameras, providing an integrated solution for residential and professional video surveillance installations.

The Ajax NVR supports up to 8 channels and is compatible with ONVIF and RTSP cameras. It supports video resolutions up to 4K at 25/30 FPS and provides a total bandwidth of up to 100 Mbps. Video compression is available in H.265 and H.264 formats, helping optimise storage and network resources.

8-channel Ajax NVR with storage up to 16TB

The AJ-NVR108-W supports one 3.5" SATA hard drive up to 16TB. The hard drive is not included with the kit. Recording can be configured according to a schedule or triggered by motion detection, adapting the system to different surveillance requirements.

Network communication is provided through an RJ45 Ethernet connection. Remote access is available through the Ajax smartphone app. The recorder also supports remote OTA firmware updates, allowing compatible firmware to be updated without direct physical access to the device.

The NVRKIT108-2XTURRET-W includes two AJ-TURRETCAM-5-W IP cameras. Each camera uses a progressive scan CMOS sensor and provides a maximum resolution of 5MP (2880 × 1620). The main stream supports 5MP video at up to 25 FPS.

Each camera features a fixed 2.8mm lens and a viewing angle between 100° and 110°. Infrared illumination provides a range of up to 50m, supporting video surveillance in low-light and nighttime conditions. True WDR/HDR image enhancement is also available for scenes with challenging lighting conditions.

PoE, MicroSD and Artificial Intelligence

The cameras feature a MicroSD slot supporting cards up to 256GB. An integrated microphone with G722 codec provides audio capture. Network connectivity is provided through a 100 Mbps Ethernet interface, while the cameras use the JetSparrow video protocol and mTLS encryption.

Power can be supplied at 12V or through PoE 802.3at, simplifying compatible network installations. The cameras also support Artificial Intelligence functions and remote OTA firmware updates.

IP65 protection for professional surveillance

The AJ-TURRETCAM-5-W cameras have an IP65 protection rating. Their specified operating temperature ranges from -25°C to +60°C, with operating humidity up to 90%. This makes them suitable for demanding video surveillance environments.
