The KIT/201S/372S/NSW2020 is a Uniview IP video intercom solution that combines an outdoor station, an indoor monitor and a PoE switch. The system enables communication between the entrance and the interior of the building. It also provides access control and video monitoring functions.

The OEU-201S-HMK-W outdoor station supports calls and communication with the connected monitor and application. The OEI-372S-H-W monitor features a 7" touch screen. The NSW2020-6T-POE-IN switch provides network connectivity and PoE power for compatible devices.

Uniview OEU-201S-HMK-W Outdoor Station

The outdoor station features a metal construction and supports WiFi. It includes an integrated IC card reader and a call button. Communication can be established with the connected indoor monitor and through the application supported by the device.

The unit also supports protection and tamper alarms triggered by devices such as magnetic contacts or infrared sensors. The technical specification lists two lock interfaces, four IO inputs and one RS485 interface. Power can be supplied through DC 12 V or PoE.

The outdoor station is rated IP65 and IK08. To achieve IP65 protection, the manufacturer specifies the application of waterproof sealant in the gap between the device and the wall. Installation should follow the corresponding quick guide.

7" Touch Monitor with WiFi

The OEI-372S-H-W features a 7-inch TFT LCD touch screen with a resolution of 1024 × 600. Its construction combines ABS and a glass panel. The specified operating system is Linux.

The monitor allows the door to be unlocked remotely by sending a signal to the outdoor station. It can also display live video from connected outdoor stations and network cameras. Audio communication uses a built-in microphone and speaker. Noise reduction, echo cancellation and automatic gain control are also supported.

The device supports WiFi and can be powered by DC 12 V or PoE. The specification also lists one TF card slot, eight IO inputs, two IO outputs and one RS485 interface.

NSW2020-6T-POE-IN PoE Switch

The included switch features 6 × 100 Mbps RJ45 ports. Four of these ports support PoE power. The maximum total PoE power is 60 W, with up to 30 W per port.

The NSW2020-6T-POE-IN supports IEEE 802.3af and IEEE 802.3at standards. It offers Default, VLAN and Extend operating modes. VLAN mode isolates the PoE ports from each other while maintaining communication with the uplink ports.

Extend mode allows network transmission over distances of up to 250 metres, under the conditions specified by the manufacturer. The technical sheet states that a high-quality network cable should be used and the port speed is reduced to 10 Mbps. The switch also supports port priority and flow control.

Integration and Access Control

The kit combines audio and video communication with door unlocking functions. The outdoor station includes an IC card reader and lock interfaces. The monitor can send an unlocking command to the outdoor station.

Live viewing from connected network cameras expands the monitor's possible applications. The system uses the Uniview private protocol specified in the technical documentation. Compatibility with other devices should be checked before installation.

Dimensions and System Characteristics

The outdoor station measures 79 × 171 × 34 mm, while the monitor measures 193.2 × 143.4 × 25 mm. The switch measures 107 × 99 × 25 mm. These dimensions help determine the space required for each device during installation.
