The IPC-B315-APKZ is a 5MP Uniarch Bullet IP camera designed for professional video surveillance systems. It combines high resolution, a motorized varifocal lens, infrared illumination and multiple image processing functions. Motorized focal length adjustment makes it possible to adapt the framing to the specific requirements of each installation.

Equipped with a 1/2.7" CMOS sensor, the camera provides a maximum resolution of 5MP (2880 × 1620) at up to 25 fps. This resolution provides detailed images for different security environments. The camera also features 120 dB WDR, Smart IR and digital noise reduction technologies to improve image quality under challenging lighting conditions.

Motorized 2.8-12mm varifocal lens

The 2.8-12mm lens allows the field of view to be adjusted according to the requirements of the installation. Its motorized system simplifies focal length adjustment and includes autofocus. At the widest setting, the camera provides broad coverage of the monitored area. Increasing the focal length produces a narrower field of view for viewing specific areas in greater detail.

The horizontal field of view ranges from 102.79° to 30.86°. DORI values also vary according to the selected focal length. Detection distance ranges from 63 to 270 m. The observation, recognition and identification values provide additional technical references for assessing camera performance according to the selected framing.

IPC-B315-APKZ with Smart IR up to 50 m

The IPC-B315-APKZ features Smart IR up to 50 m for video surveillance in environments with little or no ambient lighting. Smart IR manages the infrared illumination intensity to provide a more balanced image during night operation.

The specified minimum illumination is 0.005 Lux in colour mode. With infrared illumination active, the camera can operate at 0 Lux. The ICR filter provides switching between day and night modes, adapting image capture to the available lighting conditions.

120 dB WDR, compression and storage

120 dB WDR helps preserve visual information in scenes containing both bright and dark areas. This feature is particularly useful at entrances, access points and other locations subject to significant differences in lighting. 2D/3D DNR also helps reduce digital image noise.

The camera supports Ultra 265, H.265 and H.264 video compression for efficient video transmission management. Available image functions include ROI, Motion Detection and Privacy Mask. For local recording, the camera supports a MicroSD card up to 256 GB, providing an additional storage option directly on the device.

Network, PoE and IP67 protection

Network connectivity is provided through an RJ45 10/100 Mbps Ethernet interface. ONVIF compatibility facilitates integration with compatible video surveillance systems. Power can be supplied using 12V DC or IEEE 802.3af PoE. With PoE, network data and power can be transmitted through the same Ethernet cable.

The IP67 protection rating makes the camera suitable for outdoor installations exposed to demanding environmental conditions. The combination of 5MP resolution, a motorized 2.8-12mm lens, Smart IR up to 50 m, 120 dB WDR, MicroSD storage and PoE makes this Uniarch solution suitable for professional systems requiring flexible framing and reliable day and night operation.
