The Ajax TurretCam (8 Mp/2.8 mm) White combines 4K Ultra HD resolution, cutting-edge smart object analytics, and an adjustable turret enclosure engineered for effortless positioning and seamless architectural integration. Powered by an 8 MP CMOS sensor (3840 × 2160 px) paired with a fixed 2.8 mm lens featuring an f/1.6 aperture, this camera provides a broad 100°–110° field of view, making it the ideal solution for monitoring wide rooms or building perimeters with maximum detail clarity. The hardware operates standalone with local MicroSD storage or seamlessly linked to the range of Ajax recorders for centralized video archive management.
This camera deploys native **Artificial Intelligence (AI)** algorithms embedded directly at the processor level, accurately distinguishing humans, moving vehicles, and pets in real time to prevent false triggers. Video transmission is handled by the proprietary **JetSparrow** P2P protocol, delivering instant timeline navigation across 4K streams with zero buffering lag. To maintain image clarity in high-contrast or backlit environments, it uses hardware-driven **True WDR (120 dB)** technology.
Night vision is backed by smart IR LEDs adjusting intensity in real time up to 35 meters to prevent overexposure. It features an integrated high-sensitivity microphone for audio capture. Encased in a reinforced metal body rated **IP65** (weatherproof) and **IK08** (vandal-resistant), it supports **PoE (802.3af/at)** or a 12 V⎓ line.
