The IPC-HDW3849H-AS-PV-PRO is a Dahua 8MP TiOC PRO WizColor Turret IP camera with a fixed 2.8mm F1.0 lens, designed for professional video surveillance systems requiring high image quality, intelligent analytics and active deterrence. It integrates WizColor, Smart Dual Light, Artificial Intelligence, SMD 4.0, AcuPick, face detection, AI SSA, two-way audio, Micro SD storage up to 512 GB, PoE and IP67 protection.
The IPC-HDW3849H-AS-PV-PRO uses a 1/1.8" CMOS sensor and provides a maximum resolution of 3840 × 2160 (8MP). Its high resolution delivers excellent image detail for monitoring and identifying people, vehicles, entrances, perimeters and other critical areas.
WizColor technology, combined with the large F1.0 aperture, is designed to provide high image quality in low-light conditions. The camera offers minimum illumination of 0.0004 lux in color and 0.0002 lux in black and white, at F1.0 and 30 IRE.
The fixed 2.8mm lens provides a wide 109° horizontal, 59° vertical and 131° diagonal field of view. The minimum focus distance is 3.2 m, making this version suitable for entrances, façades, commercial areas, car parks and other locations requiring wide coverage.
TiOC PRO combines intelligent analytics, advanced imaging and active deterrence mechanisms. The IPC-HDW3849H-AS-PV-PRO features red and blue warning lights and an audible alarm, enabling visual and acoustic responses to configured security events.
Smart Dual Light combines infrared illumination and visible light. The camera provides IR up to 30m and warm light up to 30m, allowing the illumination mode to adapt to scene conditions and provide additional visual information during nighttime events.
The IPC-HDW3849H-AS-PV-PRO uses Deep Learning algorithms to improve the detection and classification of people and vehicles. IVS perimeter protection includes intrusion and tripwire with accurate human and vehicle classification and detection, as well as stay detection and loitering detection.
SMD 4.0 provides intelligent motion detection, helping identify relevant targets more effectively and improving the management of video surveillance events.
AcuPick uses Deep Learning algorithms and works with compatible back-end devices to quickly locate people and vehicles in live video and recordings.
The IPC-HDW3849H-AS-PV-PRO supports full-frame face detection, including capture, snapshot optimisation, best face image selection, face enhancement, angle filtering and different capture strategies.
AI SSA uses Deep Learning algorithms to automatically adjust image parameters according to scene conditions, helping optimise image quality across different environments.
120 dB WDR helps balance bright and dark areas present simultaneously in the image. The camera also supports BLC, HLC, 3D NR, Defog, SSA, ROI, LDC, Smart Illumination and privacy masking for up to 8 areas.
The IPC-HDW3849H-AS-PV-PRO integrates two built-in microphones and a speaker, enabling real-time two-way audio communication. It also includes one RCA audio input and one RCA audio output for integration with external devices.
The camera supports H.265, H.264, H.264H, H.264B and MJPEG, together with AI H.265 and AI H.264. It also supports Smart H.265+ and Smart H.264+ to optimise bandwidth and storage usage.
The IPC-HDW3849H-AS-PV-PRO supports 3 video streams. The Main Stream can transmit 3840 × 2160 at up to 25/30 fps, while the Sub Stream and Third Stream can reach 1920 × 1080 at up to 25/30 fps.
The camera supports Micro SD cards up to 512 GB, as well as storage via FTP, SFTP and NAS. Local storage can be used directly on the camera or as a complement to an NVR recording system.
The IPC-HDW3849H-AS-PV-PRO supports ONVIF Profile S, Profile G, Profile T and Profile M, together with CGI, facilitating integration with compatible recorders, platforms and other video surveillance systems.
The camera includes 1 RCA audio input and 1 RCA audio output, together with 1 alarm input and 1 alarm output, allowing integration with sensors and other external devices.
The IPC-HDW3849H-AS-PV-PRO can be powered by 12 VDC or PoE. It also supports Dual Power Backup: when both the power adapter and PoE are supplying the camera, removing one of the two power sources allows the device to continue operating without restarting.
The IPC-HDW3849H-AS-PV-PRO features a metal housing with IP67 protection and operates from -40 °C to +60 °C, making it suitable for professional indoor and outdoor installations.
