KTP01L(S) - Dahua IP Video Intercom Kit 2MP 7" PoE Surface Mount:
The KTP01L(S) is a Dahua IP video intercom kit designed for residential and professional installations requiring video and audio communication, access control and IP network management. The kit includes the VTO2201F-P outdoor station, the 7" VTH2421FW-P indoor monitor and the PFS3006-4ET-36 PoE switch, providing the main devices required to implement a complete IP video intercom system.
This version of the KTP01L(S) is designed for surface mounting. The outdoor station is installed on the wall using the supplied surface-mount bracket, making it suitable where flush mounting is not required or possible.
The VTO2201F-P outdoor station integrates a 1/2.9" 2MP CMOS sensor, providing high-definition images for visitor identification. It also features 120 dB WDR to improve image quality in scenes with strong differences between bright and dark areas.
The integrated camera provides a field of view of 168.6° horizontally, 87.1° vertically and 176.7° diagonally, offering broad coverage of the area in front of the entrance.
The KTP01L(S) features automatic infrared compensation on the outdoor station, allowing visitors to be viewed in low-light conditions. The system also supports automatic day/night operation using ICR.
The outdoor station supports H.265 and H.264 video compression, enabling efficient video transmission over the IP network. Video bitrate can be configured from 256 kbps to 8 Mbps, with a frame rate of up to 25 fps.
The VTH2421FW-P monitor included in the KTP01L(S) features a 7" capacitive TFT touch screen with a resolution of 1024 × 600, allowing users to view visitors and manage the main system functions through an intuitive interface.
The system supports two-way audio between the outdoor station and the indoor monitor. The VTO features a built-in speaker and audio input, while the monitor includes an omnidirectional microphone and a built-in 1.5 W speaker. Echo suppression and digital noise reduction are also supported.
The outdoor station supports remote door unlocking and includes connections for lock control, exit button and door status detection, providing an integrated communication and access-control solution.
The KTP01L(S) uses PoE technology to transmit data and power through the network infrastructure. The outdoor station supports IEEE 802.3af/at PoE, and the indoor monitor can also be powered through PoE, simplifying installation cabling.
The kit includes the PFS3006-4ET-36, equipped with 4 × 10/100 Mbps PoE ports and 2 × 10/100 Mbps uplink ports. The switch has an integrated 100–240 VAC power supply and can power compatible devices in the installation.
The KTP01L(S) supports management through a mobile application, allowing the video intercom to be integrated into the Dahua ecosystem and used from compatible mobile devices.
The outdoor station supports a Micro SD card up to 256 GB. The system allows video messages to be left when an SD card is installed in the indoor monitor or outdoor station. The indoor monitor also includes 8 GB of built-in storage.
The indoor monitor supports up to 9 extensions, allowing the installation to be expanded when several indoor communication points are required within the same property.
The outdoor station features an aluminium housing with IP65 and IK08 protection, making it suitable for outdoor use. To maintain the IP65 rating, installation must follow the manufacturer's instructions, including the application of silicone sealant as specified in the installation guide.
The outdoor station supports ONVIF and CGI and uses network protocols including SIP, TCP, RTP, UPnP, P2P, DNS, UDP, RTSP and IPv4, providing several integration options for IP systems.
With a 2MP metal outdoor station, 7" touch monitor, two-way communication, remote unlocking, PoE, App management and an included PoE switch, the KTP01L(S) provides a complete solution for IP video intercom installations in homes, offices and other small access-control systems.
