The IPC-HFW1430DS-SAW is a Dahua 4MP Wi-Fi Bullet IP camera equipped with a fixed 2.8mm lens, IR illumination up to 30m and a built-in microphone. With 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi connectivity, Micro SD storage, ONVIF compatibility and IP67 protection, it provides a versatile solution for residential, commercial and professional video surveillance systems.
The IPC-HFW1430DS-SAW uses a 1/3" CMOS sensor and provides a maximum resolution of 2560 × 1440. Its 4MP resolution delivers detailed images for monitoring homes, shops, offices, warehouses, entrances and other security areas.
The fixed 2.8mm lens version provides a 90° horizontal, 50° vertical and 107° diagonal field of view. This configuration offers wide coverage and is particularly suitable for entrances, façades, access points, gardens and other areas requiring a broad field of view.
The IPC-HFW1430DS-SAW features IEEE 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi on the 2.4 GHz band, allowing video and data transmission over a wireless network. The Wi-Fi range can reach up to 80m, although actual performance depends on the environment, obstacles and interference present at the installation site.
In addition to Wi-Fi, the camera includes a 10/100 Base-T RJ-45 network interface. The IPC-HFW1430DS-SAW can therefore operate over a wireless network or use a wired Ethernet connection, depending on the installation requirements.
The IPC-HFW1430DS-SAW features a built-in microphone, allowing audio to be captured together with video surveillance images. This function adds useful information to recordings and enables more complete monitoring of the protected area.
The camera features IR illumination with a range of up to 30m, allowing effective video surveillance in low-light conditions or darkness. Smart Illumination helps manage infrared lighting according to image conditions.
The IPC-HFW1430DS-SAW supports automatic Day/Night operation with ICR, Color and B/W modes and Smart Illumination. These functions allow the image to adapt to different lighting conditions during daytime and night-time surveillance.
The IPC-HFW1430DS-SAW supports Smart H.265+ and Smart H.264+, compression technologies designed to reduce bandwidth and storage requirements while maintaining efficient video transmission.
For local storage, the IPC-HFW1430DS-SAW supports a Micro SD card up to 256 GB. This makes it possible to record directly on the camera and use local storage as an alternative or complement to a network video recorder.
ONVIF Profile S and Profile G compatibility, together with CGI and P2P, facilitates integration of the IPC-HFW1430DS-SAW with compatible video surveillance equipment and platforms.
The camera provides image processing functions such as DWDR, BLC, 3D NR and ROI, along with motion detection. These technologies help adapt the image to different lighting conditions and optimise transmission of the most important areas.
The IPC-HFW1430DS-SAW features IP67 protection against water and dust. Its Bullet format and robust construction make it suitable for indoor and outdoor installations, including façades, entrances, access points, gardens, car parks and perimeters.
The IPC-HFW1430DS-SAW is powered by 12 VDC, with a maximum specified consumption of approximately 4.1 W. This model does not support PoE, so a separate 12 VDC power supply is required even when using the RJ-45 Ethernet connection.
