The NVS-VIDEOINTERCOM-2W is a Nivian 2-wire WiFi video intercom kit with a 2MP outdoor station and 7" touch monitor. It is designed for access control in residential and professional installations. Users can answer calls, view visitors and communicate through two-way audio. The system also provides remote door unlocking functions.

The 2-wire technology simplifies the connection between the monitor and outdoor station. Power for the outdoor station is supplied directly by the indoor monitor. Therefore, a separate power supply is not required next to the entrance.

NVS-VIDEOINTERCOM-2W with 7" touch monitor and WiFi

The indoor monitor features a 7" TFT LCD touch display with a resolution of 1024 × 600. Its touch interface provides convenient access to the main system functions. Two-way audio uses a microphone and speaker with noise reduction for clear communication with visitors.

A 2.4GHz WiFi connection enables integration with the Tuya Smart app. Users can receive call notifications through the application. Remote door unlocking is also available for convenient access management.

2MP 1080P camera with night vision

The outdoor station of the NVS-VIDEOINTERCOM-2W features a 2MP CMOS camera with 1080P resolution. Its diagonal viewing angle reaches 110°. This provides a clear view of visitors directly from the indoor monitor.

For night operation, the outdoor station provides IR illumination up to 5 m. A white LED enables colour night vision. The integrated microphone and speaker also feature noise reduction for two-way audio communication.

Mifare reader and 2 electric lock outputs

The video intercom also includes a Mifare card reader for access control. Proximity credentials can therefore be used to manage entry through the system.

The outdoor station provides 2 outputs for electric locks. One is a voltage-free relay output, suitable for a lock with its own power supply. The second is a powered output that can supply power directly to a compatible electric lock.

ONVIF integration with up to 8 IP cameras

The NVS-VIDEOINTERCOM-2W can also use its monitor for CCTV management. It supports up to 8 IP cameras through ONVIF compatibility. This makes it possible to view additional areas of the installation from the same monitor.

ONVIF integration increases the versatility of the video intercom system. Besides the outdoor station image, users can view compatible IP cameras from the video surveillance system.

MicroSD up to 128 GB and Tuya Smart

The monitor supports a MicroSD card up to 128 GB, not included, for image recording. WiFi connectivity and Tuya Smart combine local operation with useful remote functions.

The application can receive call notifications and provide remote door unlocking. This offers greater flexibility when the user is away from the indoor monitor.

2-wire installation up to 100 m

Communication between the monitor and outdoor station uses 2-wire technology. The specified maximum distance between both devices is 100 m. A 0.75mm cable is recommended for the installation.

The indoor monitor uses a DC 24V/2A power supply. Power consumption is 9.5 W during operation and 5 W in standby. The outdoor station receives its power directly from the indoor monitor.

IP65 outdoor station for Nivian video intercom

The outdoor station features IP65 protection and is designed for exterior installation. Its operating temperature ranges from -40 °C to +55 °C. The call button can also be customised for easier identification.

The NVS-VIDEOINTERCOM-2W combines a WiFi video intercom, 2MP 1080P camera and touch monitor in one solution. It also includes Mifare access control, ONVIF integration and Tuya Smart. Installation is completed through a convenient 2-wire connection.
